Originally from Atlanta, GA Adora was born to Nigerian immigrants who witnessed her love of cosmetic art.

Her study of cosmetics began at the age of 18 when she graduated from the Aveda Institute of Minneapolis in 2007.

Days later she moved to NYC to study Beauty Makeup Artistry at the Makeup Designory (M.U.D.) in New York City.

Just weeks before finishing Makeup School she got her big break when she met the former assistant to Fashion Designer and Huffington Post Columnist Malcolm Harris-Perez and his husband, Celebrity Wardrobe Stylist Tyson Perez-Harris. Malcolm and Tyson selected Adora as their go-to hair and makeup artist for numerous projects, including editorial magazine spreads, fashion shows and music videos.

Since then, she has traveled the world painting faces and perfecting the tresses of models, celebrities and everyday men and women. “I started my beauty career with less than $1k and retried with a self projected net worth of $100 million.”

Outside of the world of beauty, Adora was a DJ from 2005-2022 DJAdoraTokyo.com
